Spring, 2012

We had an unusually mild winter here in western NC. Still, I doubt if anyone is complaining about the arrival of spring. Who could fail to be cheered by the abundance of flowers and flowering shrubs and trees? Daffodils have come (and almost gone!), tulips are up, dogwoods, redbuds, cherries, plums and other show trees are out, and forsythia, rose hawthorns, flowering quince and spirea are all making appearances, too.

For true spring beauty, we have to look no further than Vicki Bryson's wonderful yard. You're an inspiration, Vicki!

Cole Mountain, Winter 2011

Welcome!

Welcome to the Cole Mountain Property Owners Association blog! We plan to use this blog as a way of updating you occasionally with news of what's going on in the neighborhood: photos from the change of seasons, updates on needed repairs, comings and goings of homeowners, etc. If you have suggestions of content you'd like to see here, please contact me, the current POA secretary (Katy Ginanni, rpcvlibrarian@yahoo.com).
